Google Misunderstands Me

My blog is in a peculiar situation. Google, the mecca of search, the leader in the industry, the mega machine that masters information on the interweb has analyzed the content of my blog. The results are in and Google’s survey SAYS: this blog is about suicide and artery blockage. GOOGLE ADS!! COM’ON! Who got high during that webpage analysis?? (see post picture)

Now, for those of you who aren’t married to a search engine optimizer, you probably live in blissful ignorance as to how google ads are attached to almost everything that you read and/or send. I know more than I should and more than I really know. You know?

For example: anyone have gmail? Check out the ads that are placed at the top of your emails. Notice how they eerily reflect topics of conversation that transpired in your most recent email? Google ads are stealth. They analyze the content of what you exchange and strategically place ads that correspond with the subject.

Having said that I must come up with a more solid, sun-shiney, description for my blog. We can’t have google thinking almost 60 people became a fan of a webpage that loves to chat about offing oneself inter spliced with cardiac arrest chat sessions. If Papa Roach did a celebrity spot for Plavix, then I could see those ads being appropriate.

Meanwhile, dearest readers, do not be alarmed. The Bridge is happy to be here posting material that has nothing to do with the aforementioned topics of disturbance. Thank you for joining me on this spiritual journey to bloginlightenment.
