@Brad -- As long as they offer me something for f&#039;ing up my experience, I&#039;d consider coming back to them.  So the BR did some damage control.  But most of the time, my experience has been that they just don&#039;t care.  It could also be that I don&#039;t get mad enough.  But do I have to ALWAYS get mad to get justice?  Perhaps.</description>

		<description>Banana Republic gave me a $20 store credit for having a crappy inefficient system for tracking my card holder account. Apparently, never activating a card makes it nearly impossible for them to track you, yet they were able to find my address to send me a bill. Anyway, I guess bad customer service can be a form of good customer service?</description>
