i don't share your passion with lilith fair performers but I was obligated to go once in exchange for a ride to another concert…didn't have a car back then. so it was “I give you a ride to Green day if you come to Lilith Fair”.
I grunted, bitched about it, but it was one for another. Now this lilith fair it's more like, let's all be depressed and commit mass suicide. Sarah McDepressing, c'mon could her songs be more depressing than the dog commercial, yeah I guess they were.
The only fun part of the concert was I heard somebody screaming “marry me, marry me, I want to have your kids”. It was a hot chick!
Lilith fair, is the perfect place to pick up girls, it was like a 1 to 100 ratio.

I found this article while trying to figure out who replaced La Roux at Lilith Fair. I went to the show and only ten minutes ago discovered that it wasn't La Roux who played. The lead singer had laryngitis and either they had a different singer or had a different band playing altogether. I honestly don't know, but I'm relieved to find out whoever was on stage was a last-minute replacement. It certainly didn't SOUND like the La Roux I've heard before, and I'm actually glad that it wasn't them.
