Bridget, aka The Bridge, is a late twenties lady living in Chicago. She is a journalist by trade and a blogger by passion. As a blogger, The Bridge is constantly negotiating life’s everyday occurrences. As a married woman, The Bridge is constantly negotiating. As a person without children, The Bridge is constantly committed to doing whatever the heck she wants (with some husband negotiations as previously noted).
The Bridge is the youngest of six siblings. She stems from an Irish/Polish/Catholic family in Chicago’s southwest suburbs. She’s callused to guilt trips and still locks her door when she sleeps at her mom’s house so neither her parents nor her nieces and nephews will wake her up before 9 a.m. uninvited. She illustrates “the crazy” that her parents have inherited from raising the most stubborn, loyal and quirky children on this side of any border. Check out “Time with Frank and Ada” for more.
The Bridge welcomes you to her little world. Weird things are happening all the time, and she’s just trying to make some sense of it.
