Rental prices in Lethbridge saw a slight rise in December 2025, even as Canada’s national average rent dipped to $2,060, marking a 2.3% annual decline.
Lethbridge’s average asking rent climbed to $1,570 per month, making it the eighth most affordable city among 60 communities surveyed.

Homeowner's Hack |
"Use This Simple Dryer Sheet Trick to Eliminate Winter Static!"
December is peak static season — dry air and forced heating often turn your cozy home into a shocking maze of flyaway laundry, frizzy hair, and zapped fingers.
Here’s a clever, no-tools-needed homeowner hack: tape a dryer sheet to the inside of your HVAC vent covers. As warm air flows, it’ll gently release fabric-softening agents into the room — reducing static, freshening the air, and even catching small dust particles.
No technical skills needed! Just tape one sheet (use painter’s tape for easy removal) inside a few main vents. Replace every 1–2 weeks. Bonus: it smells amazing.
💡 Pro tip: If you don't want to use dryer sheets, rub down your couch and car seats with one to keep clothes and hair tame through the dry months.
This tiny trick makes a big difference. |
