The 10-Minute Mid-December Home Check That Saves You From Expensive Surprises
Here’s a simple truth: early December is when most Lethbridge homeowners get blindsided by little issues that turn into big holiday-budget killers. But there’s one quick routine you can do between December 2 and 16 that quietly protects your comfort and your wallet — no tools, no crawling under anything, no “handyman heroics” required. Take ten minutes and do these three checks:
1. Feel your vents. 2. Peek at your thermostat patterns. 3. Listen during startup.
Do this once, right now, and you’ll head into winter with confidence — and fewer surprises. Your future self will thank you when everything stays warm, quiet, and stress-free. |
